Workers of "Safari-Park" in Gelendzhik in the Russia south are raising two polar bear cubs abandoned by their mother.
Three months ago polar bear Commander Sedov and his mate Serezhka became parents to the adorable cubs. However, the female refused to feed them.
According to the deputy director of "Safari-Park Gelendzhik" Elena Milovidova, young mothers often discard offspring, both in the wild and in captivity.
For successful socialization, the cubs will grow together from next year on.
Both cubs will remain to live in the park because they won't be able to independently exist in the wild since they grow up in captivity and are in close contact with people.
