Car leaves road and totals two parked cars in the Atwater community. Driver who is charged with endangerment and reckless driving claimed that she was looking at a picture on her passengers phone just before she drove in yard and hit the cars
Neighbors on Gray Willow street thank God that their children were gone because of spring break and not playing in the street today and are happy that nobody got hurt.
