OUTA says odds are against Mkhwebane

Organization Undoing Tax Abuse says the criminal case against Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane is serious and believes the odds are against her. She has been charged with three counts of perjury. It relates to an investigation into an apartheid-era loan by the Reserve bank to Bankorp, which is now part of ABSA.
