바이든 경제 부흥 이전에 코로나 극복부터... 아직 RCEP관해 자세히 말할수 없어

Joe Biden met on Monday with the CEOs of leading U.S. companies and some labor unions to discuss ways to overcome the pandemic.
He said that beating COVID-19 comes first, even trumping the economy.
Biden also shared his opinions on the newly-inked mega trade deal in Asia.

The current President-elect, Joe Biden, says beating COVID-19 is the priority for the country,... even overriding the U.S. economy.
On Monday, he and his running-mate, Kamala Harris, met the CEOs of top U.S. companies and labor leaders to discuss the road ahead in light of the pandemic's ravaging economic impact.
"Right now, Congress should come together and pass a COVID relief package like the Heroes Act that the House passed six months ago. Once we shut down the virus and deliver economic relief to workers and businesses, then we can start to build back better than before."

He added the Trump administration's reluctance to share information with his transition team on the fight against the virus is preventing America's small businesses and entrepreneurs from bouncing back.
Biden was also asked about Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership or RCEP, signed a matter of days ago.
RCEP forms an enormous trading bloc made up of some of Asia's economic giants, including China, South Korea and Japan.
President Trump, at the outset of his term, pulled the U.S. out of the Trans-Pacific Partnership or TPP, just as he had pledged during his 2016 run for office.
Biden hinted at his intentions.
"But here's what I can say: We make up 25% of the world's trading capacity of the economy in the world. We need to be aligned with the other democracies another 25% or more, so that we can set the rules of the road instead of having China and others dictate outcomes because they are the only game in town."
However, Biden also stressed that only the current president can deal with such issues
That being said, Biden said the world will know more clearly about his course of action come January 21st, 2021,... his first day in his new job, if the projected results remain the same.
