India Accepts Pakistan Offer for Consular Access to Kulbhushan Jadhav

India on Monday, September 2, accepted Pakistan’s offer for consular access to Indian national Kulbhushan Jadhav, government sources informed. The sources informed that India's Deputy High Commissioner Gaurav Ahluwalia will be meeting Jadhav. "We hope that Pakistan will ensure right atmosphere so that the meeting is free, fair, meaningful and effective in keeping with the letter and spirit of the ICJ's orders", the government sources said
