Protesters gather outside South African health and beauty shop after 'racist' advert

Several stores of South African health and beauty company Clicks have been forced to closed by protesters who were organized by the opposition party Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) after Clicks posted hair advertisements deemed racist.

The Clicks beauty store's advert showed some pictures of African hair labelled dry, dull, and damaged, and white woman's hair was described as fine and flat as “normal."

Footage captured by @aan_images and @Vanencia14 shows protesters outside stores in Sandton and Pretoria on September 7.
