At the age of 16, motocross athlete Negin Afshar is blazing a trail for women in Afghanistan at the same time she tries to outrace a national political situation that threatens to put an end to her sporting passions. Some fear that the outcome of current peace talks with the Taliban could allow the hardline group to put restrictions on female participation in sports.
