Copamiento Regimiento 3 de Infanteria Mecanizada de La Tablada 1989

Bs. As .: On the seventh day of the oral and public trial of the 20 accused of trying to take over the Mechanized Infantry Regiment 3 of La Tablada, 5 members of the provincial police were heard, who were the first to arrive at the scene of the facts. One of them, Delfino Oscar Pereyra, the main officer, reported that at 6:15 on January 23, he received a call from the squad that informed him of a problem with NCOs from the Army. Upon arriving at the scene, Pereyra said, one of 5 officers told us what was happening, after which we entered the military unit together with the inspector inspector Emilio Garcia, who later died in the confrontation.
