MITI website crashes again, casual visitors blamed

The International Trade and Industry Ministry (Miti) website crashed this morning after opening applications for movement control order exemptions for certain non-essential services.
In view of this, it said the application system would be shut down from 2pm to 4pm today for "reconfiguration".
