Saucy steak platter:

Ingredients
Tikka boti 1packet
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 ½ tsp
Mayonnaise 2tbsp
Barbeque sauce 4 tbsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Hoisin sauce 2 tbsp
Siracha sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Onion cut into round 1
Capsicum 1
Mushrooms 6 sliced
Oil 2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Garlic bread to serve
French fries to serve


Method:

Marinate tikka boti with ginger garlic, salt, crushed red pepper and vinegar for 30 mins. Heat oil and butter, add crushed garlic, fry, add marinated meat, fry well for 7-8 mins, add all the sauces, cook for 5 mins, add veggies fry on fast flame for 3 mins, serve hot on a sizzler or platter, serve with fries and garlic bread.


Philly cheese sloppy Joes:

Ingredients

Mince beef 400 gm
Mini buns 12
Salt 1tsp
Black pepper 1tsp
Crushed red pepper 1tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Onion chopped ½ cup
Butter 3 ounce
Mushrooms chopped 6
Capsicum cut into cubes 1
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Worcester sauce 2 tbsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Water ½ cup
Cheese grated ½ cup
Mixed herbs 1 tsp
Mustard paste as required

Method

In a sauce pan add 2 tbsp oil, fry mince with salt, pepper and crushed red pepper, cook with half cup water, add in it flour with sauces, veggies and cheese, mix and remove. In your square oven proof dish, spread base of buns, top with filling, lavishly spread with mustard paste, top with bun, brush lavishly with butter, brush top of bun lavishly with butter, sprinkle mixed herbs, bake for 5 mins on 190 d, remove and serve immediately.


Milk and coconut cake:

Ingredients for sweet coconut

Coconut 1 cup
Icing sugar ¼ cup
Oil 1 tbsp
Milk 3 tbsp

Ingredients for batter

Butter 8 ounces
Caster sugar ½ cup
Eggs 4
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Almond essence few drops
Flour 2 cups
Baking powder 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Condensed milk ¾ cup
Sweet coconut 1 cup
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp

Method for sweet coconut
Mix all together keep aside

Method
Beat butter with caster sugar till creamy, add 1 egg at a time and continue to beat, add both the essence, fold in the sieved flour and baking powder mixture, add condensed milk, sweet coconut, mayonnaise and beat, pour mixture in a loaf tin, greased and paper lined, top with toasted flaked coconut mixed with 2 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp melted butter, put on top of the cake batter, bake at 180 d for 1 hour.
