Floods submerged at least 63 villages in Butuan City due to the rains brought by the low pressure area. The floods were mostly attributed to the swelling of Agusan River, which had waters reaching as high as 4.52 meters on Monday evening. - Umagang Kay Ganda, 21 January 2014
