Aligarh Smart dustbins become victim of administration’s negligence . Uttar Pradesh government has made Aligarh a smart city. Smart Dustbin was also established in Aligarh city under PM Modi's Smart Cities Mission to make Aligarh a smart city. These smart dustbins, worth millions, were installed about a year ago. But after Dustbin was established, the administration did not pay any attention to these dustbins and hence could not fulfill the government's objective of creating a smart city.

उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने अलीगढ़ को स्मार्ट सिटी बना दिया गया है । अलीगढ़ को स्मार्ट सिटी बनाने के लिए पीएम मोदी के स्मार्ट सिटीज मिशन ’के तहत अलीगढ़ शहर में भी स्मार्ट डस्टबिन’ की स्थापना की थी। लाखों की कीमत वाले ये स्मार्ट डस्टबिन लगभग एक साल पहले स्थापित किए गए थे। लेकिन डस्टबिन स्थापित होने के बाद प्रशासन ने इन डस्टबिन पर कोई ध्यान ही नहीं दिया और इसलिए सरकार का स्मार्ट सिटी बनाने का मकसद पूरा नहीं कर सका।
