Homes Torn Down West has been dealt another blow in regards to his dome community in Calabasas, California. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's team was called over the weekend due to noise complaints from locals because of late night building work. Originally, the site manager for the project said that
the installations were only temporary constructions,
which didn't require a permit. Inspectors found that the domes were sitting on a concrete foundation and deemed the structures permanent rather than temporary. Officials told West he would have to obtain a building permit by September 15 or tear down the homes. West decided to tear down
the homes rather than obtain
