Few days back Dharma Production's gowdown owned by Karan Johar was trapped into massive fire which destroyed most of the things. This production house was started by Yash Johar and after his demise his son Karan had taken up the charge of it. This Gowdown was in Cam Industrial Estate, Goregaon East.
On 30th of April this fire broke in afternoon hours of this 3-storey building's first floor, from here the fire spread across all the floors and to stop it a total of 8 engines were called for.
As per Mumbai Fire Brigade report the fire was started due to electrical wiring and electric installations. Due to this fire, the stuff stocked in that apartment like raw material, cans of chemical, wooden furniture, office records & files, and the temporary shade to terrace was all destroyed in fire. But, Karan or his team have not given any statement about this fire accident.
According to the DNA Report, in the Dharma Production's gowdown the material destroyed was their upcoming projects documents like - Good News, Student of the Year 2, Brahmastra and Takt.
