Boat capsizes in Garhi dam in Bihar

At least 12 people are feared dead after an overcrowded boat carrying them capsized in the Garhi dam in Bihar`s Jamui district, reports stated on Saturday.
Around 40 to 50 people, all from Jamui district, were on board the boat when the accident took place.
According to reports, six bodies have been fished out till now and further search operation is on.
Police divers and a team of National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) have also been pressed into service to locate and rescue any survivors, as per reports.
