Home Ministry to call in for an important meet tomorrow over threat by ISIS. The meeting would involve Home Secretary of 10 states, DGP and IB chief. ISIS and Pakistani flags were displayed again on Friday near Jamia Masjid in Srinagar. There have been more than a dozen incidents of ISIS flag raising in Kashmir valley in recent months.
