India News: Prayers to re-start in Kedarnath after 40 days

India News: Uttarakhand's Chief minister Vijay Bahuguna has declared that Kedarnath Temple will start again from September 11. The temple has remained closed since last two months since the floods created a destruction in Uttarakhand.
