India News: Sarabjeet's family still holds hope

India News: It was like shattering of a dream which was just coming true for Sarabjeet's family about his release from Pakistan jail but after an emotional churning for a few hours from Wednesday morning the family appeared to be retaining its composure and still holding the hope even as Pakistan authorities had said that they had decided to release Surjit Singh and not Sarabjeet.
Sarabjeet's sister Dalbir Kaur, while flanked by Sarabjeet's wife Sukhpreet Kaur and their daughters Poonam and Swandeep in latter's home here, appealed to Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari to not to take back the great gift he had given to the family and to entire India. "I am sure Zardari would not let any harm to Sarabjeet and would take the step of Sarabjeet's release boldly notwithstanding any pressure from hardliners. It is a must for building up good relations between two countries," she said.
