Congress president who is currently in Bhubaneswar for “The Odisha Dialogue”, spoke on various topics. Before reaching the venue, Rahul helped a photographer at the airport. A photographer tripped and fell while taking Rahul’s photo. The Congress president came to pick him up as he fell. Rahul was on his way to the Odisha Dialogue. He will later address a public rally in Bhubaneswar.
