Italy: The man who turns the trees of Val di Fiemme into music | Focus on Europe

For centuries the trees in northern Italy's Val di Fiemme have been used to produce some of the finest music instruments in the world, including the violins of Antonio Stradivarius. After a storm blew down thousands of spruce trees there, the race is on to salvage the wood before it rots. Italy's foremost instrument maker has a plan to save the logs, but he'll need help to do it.
