Another jolt for Goa Congress, two Congress MLAs submitted their resignation to the Goa speaker and is set to join the BJP today. Congress law-makers Dayanand Sopte and Subhash Shirodkar resigned from the party after meeting BJP chief Amit Shah in Delhi. The development comes as a breather for Manohar Parrikar govt which faced challenge from the congress over its stability. Reports say more congress legislators may switch side to BJP.
