According to ExtraTv.com, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have reached a divorce settlement — three years after their split. TMZ reports the final settlement will be filed when Affleck emerges from his third stint in rehab for alcohol addiction. Reports say there was also no prenup, which up until now has complicated the process and led to all earnings during their 12-year marriage to be divided equally.
