Police officers in Omro, Wisconsin recently checked out an SUV that had been running strangely and found the source of trouble was a ball python that was hanging out in the engine compartment. In a Wednesday Facebook post, the Omro Police Department reports that two officers worked to free the slithering one, but the snake used its considerable strength to foil their efforts. A snake expert and a tow truck were called and soon after arrived at the scene. The department said in an update that "the reluctant reptile is alive and well, just tired and scared."
