Magicians often change one thing into another. Here is a demonstration of such a spectacle.
A red scarf is poked into the top of the magician's fist. As the scarf is pulled from the bottom of his fist, it is seen to change to yellow. Bit by bit, the scarf is fed through the fist until finally the yellow scarf is withdrawn fully, to find that the both hands are otherwise empty.
