Mazda presented MAZDA KIYORA as its Japan premiere at the 41st Tokyo Motor Show 2009 on October 21. This compact concept car, powered by the Mazda SKY-G engine and SKY-Drive transmission, achieves 32 km per liter. The Mazda SKY-G is a next-generation direct injection gasoline engine with greatly improved fuel economy and output due to enhanced thermal efficiency. Both the the Mazda SKY-G and the Mazda SKY-Drive made their world debut at the 41st Tokyo Motor Show 2009.
