He was arrested and charged with animal cruelty after he fled the scene and left the poor dogs lifeless body on the sidewalk. Perhaps hell get some much needed dental assistance in prison but were hoping those two remaining things he calls teeth rot and fall off. Just like hes going to rot in his cell.\r

This is one protective mother. Since Washington couldnt keep her cool she could be facing a felony that could possibly cost her up to 20 years in the slammer. Cory Smit here has managed to become well-known to local law enforcement in Wisconsin because hes been arrested five times for drunk driving. Thats more than the number of eyebrows hes sporting. Pate had lured the man into the woods with wine where he then proceeded to stab the victim 39 times and dumped his body into a creek. It would be a month later before a few children would make the grim discovery. Pate was already in jail at the time and was then handed a life sentence. \r
