SpaceX has successfully completed its first launch of the world's most powerful commercial rocket. Carrying a cherry red Tesla Roadster, Falcon Heavy took off from NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida at 3:45 p.m. Tuesday, local time. It marks a successful beginning to CEO Elon Musk's most ambitious project yet. Musk has said he wants to get things into orbit much cheaper and for humans to be an interplanetary species, with a possible colony being created on Mars.
