Healthy Granola Bars are hard to come by. Nutritionists say that healthy granola bars list seeds, nuts, grains, and fruit as their top ingredients. Sharon Palmer, the author of Plant-Powered for Life, states, "Look for real food ingredients, such as dried berries, apples, almonds, pistachios, oats, quinoa, chia, hemp." She also explained that granola bars should be viewed as a snack. They are simply meant to satiate you until the next time you eat filling meal.
