Healthy Pav Bhaji is a perfect blend of health and test. Using Soya Wadi as one of the main ingredient which is enriched with protein.
How to Cook
• In pan add some oil and Cook Soaked Soya Wadi(socked in water for hour) with Boiled potato, Tomato, green peas for 2-3 minutes.
• Make gravy of all cooked vegetable in grinder.
• In Another pan take some oil, add chopped onion and sauté till they turn golden brown.
• Add Green Chilly, Capsicum, Garlic Paste, Red Chilly Powder, Turmeric, Salt, Coriander-cumin Powder, Pavbhaji Masala, water and coo it for 3-5 minutes.
• Add Vegetable gravy, Mix it well and again cook for3-5 minutes
• Garnished with coriander and server it hot with Pav or Kulcha.

• 10 SoyaWadi
• 3 tomatoes
• 2 Boiled Potato
• 1/2 cup green peas
• 3 Onion
• 1 Capsicum
• 2 Green Chilly
• 1 tsp Garlic Paste
• 2 tsp pav bhaji masala
• 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
• 1/2 tsp Coriander-cumin Powder
• Salt to taste
• Oil
• Coriander to Garnish
