how to fix horizontal or vertical lines on lcd tv

Common Issues:\r
Bad T-Con/Mainboard(causes vertical/horizontal lines or half of the screen is black)\r
Power Supply Failure(Bad Capacitors,Blown Fuse, Bad rectifier) [means that tv wont turn on or shuts off randomly]\r
Backlight Inverter(on non led backlit tvs)[picture comes on but then disappears while you still have sound, or picture is there but very very dim you can check this by looking at the TV in a completely dark room or when taken apart by shining an LED flashlight behind the panel to see if the picture is in f there]
