The desert is on fire! Burning Man, the arts and music festival held every year in the "city" of Black Rock, Nevada, has officially started. The organizers describe the event as an experiment of community, self-expression and self-sufficiency. The curious thing about Burning Man is that it is forbidden to use money to buy objects. Whoever wants to buy something, must exchange or barter with other visitors.
