Smoke From West Mims Wildfire Drifts Over Atlantic Ocean

A large wildfire that broke out at the Florida-Georgia border streamed large amounts of smoke across the Atlantic Ocean on Monday, May 8, as the fire spread.Residents of the southeastern town St George, Georgia, were evacuated from their homes on May 8 as a result of the fire.This satellite footage shows the extent of the wildfire as it spreads smoke across the Atlantic Ocean.
