Ways to Motivate Your Exercising In 2017

According to a study from the Statistic Brain Research Institute, 37% of people in their 20s and 16% of those over 50 were successful in making their New Year’s resolutions. The most common resolution? Exercising more. How can one keep their resolutions? Try making exercising (or whatever your resolution is) a bit more social. Join a class or hire a trainer. Make your goal date-specific, such as signing up for a marathon or a ballroom dance competition. Make sure you’re having fun and recognize those aches and pains. If you’re not a bit uncomfortable while working out, you’re not doing enough.
