U.S. military officials urge Obama to remove the head of NSA

Top U.S. military officials are pushing President Barack Obama to remove National Security Agency Chief Admiral Michael Rogers. The heads of the Pentagon reportedly want Rogers out over perceived failures fighting ISIS and poor security. President-elect Donald Trump was said to be considering nominating Rogers for director of national intelligence in his administration. However, the current Director of National Intelligence James Clapper advised the Obama administration that Rogers be removed last month.
