Trump says he's 'skeptical' about Colorado's vote-by-mail system

During a rally in Greeley, Colo., on Oct. 30, Donald Trump expressed concerns about "properly counted" vote-by-mail ballots, and then said voters can get a new one at an in-person polling place. "At some places they probably do that four or five times, but we don't do that. But that's great," he said.
