Sooty & Co - Estate Agents (Monday 14th September 1998)

Matthew is thinking of moving. An estate agent (Harry Hill) calls by, but leaves him confused. Sooty produces leaflets from 'Yellow & Black Properties' and Matthew arranges to view them. It turns out to be Sooty's company! He takes Matthew to some very silly properties: a doll's house, a rabbit hutch and finally to Coronation Street, where the neighbours are very rude. Finally he reads about a property that looks ideal - it is Sooty & Co. He decides there is no place like home and sings "Lullaby for Teddy Bears."

This was the second episode of the last series of Sooty & Co on Monday 14th September 1998, and Matthew Corbett's final ever series before handing over the rights of Sooty to Richard Cadell, who with Liana Bridges took over for the next show Sooty Heights.
