Aid agencies battle to stop C.Africa cholera epidemic

The Central African government declared a cholera epidemic on 10 August after 16 people died from the disease. Now the death toll is rising, and aid agencies like Oxfam have activated a crisis committee to try to stem the spread of the epidemic. It's the first cholera outbreak in the country in five years.
