Housefull 3 | Lisa Haydon Replaces Elli Avram Opposite Riteish Deshmukh
Director Sajid-Farhad’s movie Housefull 3 will release on 3rd June 2016. But as far as its casting is concerned, it seems to be going haywire. For male leads, Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan and Riteish Deshmukh are confirmed. But Esha Gupta, who was approached for earlier, was replaced by Nargis Fakhri. And Elli Avram, who was approached to play the romantic lead opposite Riteishh, was replaced by Lisa Haydon. As per sources, Riteish felt he deserved a bigger heroine opposite him and that’s how Lisa Haydon was selected. On this Elli said, “To my knowledge I am not doing the film. I met Sajid (Nadiadwala) for Housefull3 where he briefed me about the project. I even met Sajid and Farhad who seemed keen to cast me, but I don’t know what happened after that as they didn’t get back to me. I don’t know if Riteish expressed his reservations, maybe he did.
