3 Ways to Get Rid of Dark Spots, According to a Plastic Surgeon

Recently, Olivia Munn blew her fans away: she debuted clearer skin. Granted, she's always had a beautiful complexion, but her usual freckles seemed to have disappeared! She took to Instagram to explain she had been using exfoliating pads to help with dark spots, which were overtaking her normal freckles.
The fact is women deal with dark spots on a regular basis, due to hormones and the sun. I visited the set of The Doctors to chat with board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon Dr. Andrew Ordon about the options we have for clearing up dark spots, like at-home peels, hydroquinone products, and the big guns - TCA peels and Fraxel lasers, which require in-office services and a few days of downtime (unless you don't mind heading to the office with sheets of skin coming off your face).
Check out Dr. Ordon's advice in this clip, and be sure to watch me explain four of the craziest beauty trends on The Doctors on Friday, March 11.
