Dog who had legs cut off makes incredible recovery with new wheelchair

This poor dog was found with a broken spine and improperly amputated legs. But thanks to the veterinary team at Cornell University, Scooter can scoot along in her new set of wheels. Sean Dowling (@seandowlingtv) has more.
