Indian youth goes slap for slap with police officer in the streets of Bihar

BIHAR, INDIA — A young man in India claims to have been struck by a police officer for no reason, and after being roughed up for a few minutes, he decides to strike back.
A video of the exchange was posted to Facebook on Christmas Day, and has since gone viral. The post by Facebook user Sinha Nilmani has received more than 173,000 views over the past 4 days.
In the video, the officer is holding the man by the arm, while the man holds his arm in turn. Two more officers come to aid the situation, as the young man is yelling at the officer who he claims had hit him. After about 90 seconds of being agitated, the young man winds up and open-hand slaps the cop with everything he has. The cop is dazed for a few seconds, and then suddenly starts laying into the young man with a series of slaps to the face.
The video ends with the cops pulling the man off to the side. They appear to be arresting him, as he tells people in the crowd of his ordeal.
