Voice of Our Children Song For Peshawar Shaheed By -ISPR

RAWALPINDI: Inter-Services Public Relations, the media wing of the Pakistan Army, has released a new song to pay tribute to martyrs of the Army Public School as the nation marks first anniversary of militant raid in Peshawar that killed almost 150 people most of them children on December 16 last year.

Lyrics of the hypnotically infectious track titled “Mujhay Dushman Kay Bachon Ko Parhana Hai” seek retribution for the barbaric attack by educating the children of the enemy.

This song too uses a child's voice like “Bara Dushman Bana Phirta Hai", a moving track released days before the Army Public School had resumed classes.

The Pakistan Army, which had launched a full scale military offensive in North Waziristan June last year with the support of the Pakistan Air Force, intensified and expanded its campaign against local and foreign militants to Karachi, Punjab and other parts of the country to quell political, ethnic and sectarian terrorism after the horrendous terror attack on the school.

In the aftermath of the attack, Pakistan lifted moratorium on death penalty, sending hundreds of death row convicts to gallows.

Besides, the political and military leadership decided to setup military courts for the trial of hardcore terrorists as part of the country’s plan to fight the menace of terrorism.-SamaaVoice of Our Children Song For Peshawar Shaheed By ISPR
