A survey conducted in Philadelphia revealed that nearly all, or 97 percent, of the kids aged 4 and under in these families had used a smartphone, tablet, or the like.
About 75 percent of them had their own.
The average time the 2-year-olds spent watching television was 44 minutes which was comparable to 49 minutes on the device--29 minutes on mobile content and 20 minutes on apps.
