A woman in Greenville County, South Carolina tragically fell to her death while trying to help a person who had been involved in a car crash.

Jessica Smith, a 29-year-old nursing assistant, was traveling on I-385 with her cousin when they stopped at the scene of the accident. 


Smith got out of the car and searched the cab of a wrecked truck to see if anyone inside was injured.
