Cuba: Migration and Security Agreements with Panama

Panama’s President Juan Carlos Varela signed an agreement in Havana on Thursday to exchange security information for the prevention of irregular migration, smuggling and trafficking. The two countries agreed to hold a workshop in October to review the necessary operational elements, methodology and protocols. Other topics on the agenda include trade, tourism, culture, sports and cooperation. teleSUR
