The girl's Stella Maxwell, and she and Miley have been hanging out quite a bit lately.
The video was shot Tuesday night in the parking lot at The Palm in Bev Hills. They both saw the cameras and clearly kissed to make a point, and it did not seem like a typical Miley gag.
We had to blur the video because Miley's hand goes south with Stella's help.
Miley has said recently she's bisexual.
