Active shooter: A gunman went on a shooting rampage in rural community early Sunday morning.

The mayhem began in rural Concho County, Texas, when an as yet unnamed 23-year-old man began randomly shooting at drivers from a pickup truck early on Sunday, leaving one woman dead before being killed by police.
