Psycho ex-boyfriend killer used dead guy's cell to impersonate victim and get sex

New details emerged in the trial of a Brooklyn man who reportedly confessed to a murder back in 2012. Mikhail Chernyaev, 48, is accused of murdering Florida businessman Charles Butler after Butler began dating his ex-girlfriend, Anna Lioznov, 49.
Butler's body was not identified and a suspect was not named for a period of around eight months and during that time it's now been revealed that Mikhail used Butler’s cell phone to text Anna and tell her the relationship was over and that he was moving back to Florida.
During the months that Butler was presumed missing Mikhail also resumed a sexual relationship with Anna which continued until his 2013 arrest.
