The Gogoro Smartscooter is an electric scooter, but we think maybe it's pushing into electric motorcycle territory, with a top speed of 60 mph. You just drive up up to a Gogoro charging station, drop off your spent batteries, grab fully charged ones, and you're on your way. No waiting around!
