Ridge is suspicious of Rick and tells Caroline that. Caroline is determined to stand by Rick still and defends him. Carter text Ridge about what happened - Eric signed the papers. Ridge busts in trying to stop Eric from signing the papers but, he is too late. After some toying with everyone Rick reveals his plan - he and Maya will run Forrester Creations. Caroline is devastated.
